i'm the same too!! the only difference is that i am a minor (female 14) but i hope that things will get better and please have some hope and don't give up!! and no there's nothing wrong with you, everybody is different in their own way and that isn't something to be ashamed of. please take care :).

I think its an admirable quality/status to have nowdays, Well?...., at any time period really. Its speaks highly of your self value/worth, and theres certainly nothing wrong with that. ALOT of women, who have givin in to a heat of the moment encounter, usually find they're we're being used for...... just.... that.... and wish they could turn back the clock.Also when it starts out just sex w/ no emotion, it kinda sets up the possibility to not be ABLE to have emotions involved, during, in the future. I was crushin HARD on a girl 23 and me 44 at the time (YIKES..LOL) Knowing she was still pure,and as well, MUCH to my surprise, had never dated I was prepared to move real slow, considering her apprehension at every turn, never forcing the issue....(her mom was 6 mo older than me... HATED me so???...LOL).I stayed in touch w/ her on FB and she finally met a guy her age at 29 , still pure, and married... At 24 , your HARDLY an old maid yet girl. Now 44???... LOL.. Im sure you've been in a challenging position, for the possiblity of sex to occur and damn proud of ya for not giving in ! Keep readin those novels girl, but be sociable too, keepin yourself happenin on the "available scene".. Im finding that alotta young "chance meetings"/ possible hook ups are occurring in the State Parks/ Forests I hang out in,many escaping the restrictions of covid, participating in Nature Walks / Disc Golf / Biking the trails/ and other seasonal activities. I also notice that Im finding an unusually HIGH number of GUYS, in their early 20s ,are kinda shy and backward (been this way since 95 really.... due to living virtual live's online ..) SOOOO, YOU may have to make the first move toward romance. YOU CAN DO IT!.. It will boost that self esteem to the stratosphere girl !!! Seen it happen...hey ya gotta start some where? right ...We all did. Nothing wrong with being new and inexperienced. Ive been on here fairly regular since my article published back in SEPT and Ive seen ALOT of guys your age in the same boat, having not dated ANY, or hardly at all..Now, get out there and live out one of those novels!!!
