Feel so grumpy and crappy, have you ever felt this way where you feel that the whole world is judging you?
i feel that paranoia so many times, but at the end I know its my paranoia only.
have always come out of these feelings, and become happy again, but I have to break the vicious cycle of going in the shell again, where you feel like shit!!!
knowing that this bad feeling will end how can you avoid getting into it?
