Who Was that Unmasked Man?
I'm all for people doing what they please as long as it doesn't negatively impact others. The large number of folks not wearing masks in tight quarters buses, trains etc crosses the line. There is little recourse for the rest of us as there is essentially no meaningful deterrent to bad behavior.
All those cameras, all that face recognition data could be sold to the state governments and the insurance companies to identify and sanction those individuals. Fining them (unpaid fines preventing the renewal of drivers licenses, car registrations etc). Insurance companies can re rate those individuals for the increased risk they pose to themselves and society.
In short make them pay the freight for the consequences of their behaviors. Identifying them documenting their behaviors can also open them up to negligence suits in the future
