A day in the role of school IT

Was "asked" to apologize because I came off as rude when I asked people (for the 4th time) to send an IT trouble ticket instead of interrupting the work I am doing to resolve these tickets. How do you apologize when you're not sorry and honestly don't care whose feelings you hurt? I thought we were adults here? Torn between a vague forced apology that was clearly prompted, or a full on anti-apology.
