OK. I have seven degrees. I was tested as a genius. Told I was one of the 100 smartest people on planet earth. Amazed professors. Worked in space industry.

One of my roommates caught it. They all laughed at it before she did. Quickly all 8 of us had it. It spread to some of their families. Months later some still have trouble moving around. Still can’t breath deep. Still have joint pains. Still cough. Talk lower. Mope around. One & some of her family went to hospital.

Most say it’s sickest they’ve ever been.

Oddly they say I had it. Test said I did. I never had a fever. For 3-5 days I did feel a little sick. But oxygen only fell from 97% to 93.

I’m convinced I was a false positive.

Most of them still can’t smell or taste. The whole place can stink. Only I smell it. I watch them pile in peppers trying to taste food.
