I have a question. Is it normal to spend everyday anxious of nothing? My heart rate increases a lot and I begin to breathe heavier. Sometimes I feel sick and have headaches, I also get pains in my chest. And I always feel so low, sometimes even numb. Everyday this happens and I cannot find a solution. Occasionally I decide to try and release whatever this is by self harming. But I put on a mask to other people and act “happy” because they all have their own issues. Is there anything I can do and is this normal?
