An unusual idea but it works

Throughout my life I've faced sexism almost everywhere, people don't take my ideas seriously because I'm a woman, they look at me in inappropriate ways because I'm a woman and they try to use me because I'm a woman. I've nearly been raped a few times (though narrowly escaped each time) and I realize that the typical boy doesn't face this kind of problem, maybe the fact that women know what it's like to be at the bottom is the reason they're so much more well behaved than men. When I was 16 I babysat an 8 year old boy who was really cute and generally polite but he was still a boy, I experimented sexually with him, which he objected but in this situation I held all of the power. I was bigger, stronger, faster and I could lie to his parents if he didn't listen to me, which I threatened multiple times. At first it was just touching and making him lick me but I soon wanted to experiment and borrowed a dildo from his mom's closet, I made a makeshift strap-on out of it and used it on him. He cried and begged me to stop but girls get raped all the time so this was only fair, it's about time a boy knew what it felt like to be the girl in the situation. I started experimenting with other toys and things but I don't need to get into detail with that. The point is, his family is close friends with mine and I saw him recently at a gathering, he's 14 now and he has a girlfriend. Now every other 14 year old boy in the world is filled with nothing but lust and toxic masculinity but I didn't see any of that in him, he actively avoided being touched by his girlfriend, he was kind to her and treated her as an equal and not as an object or an inferior. And I like to think I had something to do with that by showing him some perspective. So I think the way to fix sexism and toxic masculinity is to show boys what it's like to be the girl at a young age before they can develop as a man, that way they'll understand what it's like to be used and hurt the way boys never are
