I need to figure out a way to tell my parents about my anxiety.
I've contacted many online therapists and used the money I've saved in my bank account to pay for online therapy without my parents knowing. I'm afraid that if I tell them what I'm going through, they will judge me and think I'm just making it up.
I've had countless therapists tell me I have severe anxiety. Every night, I usually have 1-2 panic attacks. I have to cuddle with my cat for every waking moment or I don't feel safe.
Please, help me tell my parents how I'm feeling.
