I know that I have been suicidal, and I have been down before, so many times, but there are things to do! Not only can you contact suicide hotlines, and remind yourself that there are people in the world that love you (because there ARE, I love you, I care about you, I want everything to work out for you.). One of my favorite coping mechanisms is to make a list of things to live for. this doesn't have to be a GRAND list, you just have to say little things that make you happy. My list is in the 200's rn, still working!
