I yelled on a customer care executive, who was not guilty. He was doing his job but due to anger I shouted and been angry. I should have controlled and listened to him as he was only trying to convince me and he was doing his job to feed his family. I'm sorry to him but I'm writing here because I can't call him directly as no direct call center, it was.. I feel very bad now. I wish him luck and happiness. Please God forgive me and help me to forget the incident.
