<p>I dont know if this applies in your case but I used to have severe cystic acne. I took Accutane as long as my liver would allow. That made it better but it didnt go away. I figured out by tracking the worsening and lessening that any products containing mineral oil or petroleum made me break out in cysts. Most cheaper hair products have petroleum and even some expensive makeups contain mineral oil. Once I eliminated those ingredients my skin cleared the rest of the way. I have to check the ingredients on everything though. Even using a hand or foot lotion with mineral oil or petroleum  will cause cysts on my face.</p>
