this has been happening a lot recently... If I’m doing something that doesn’t require a ton of focus I’ll just sort of slip away into my mind and think. I could be driving; I’ll check out for a few seconds. Not sure what to do about it. It almost feels like I don’t exist in my body for a few seconds to a full minute... don’t really register anything else that’s going on, but it’s really calm and peaceful.does anyone else do this?
