emotional masking???

Basically when ever I have a different emotion other than happiness I bottle it up, I'm never talked about my emotions before but now I'm starting to think that maybe I should. Recently I've been having random outbursts for no reason and it's not at all like me. I would like to open the bottle and dump everything out so then I can feel a little free, so I can get all the pressure out of my throat. I kinda want to let it out on my closets friends but i dont want to make my feeling their responsibility I guess?
