For the first time, without medication,I have combated my anxiety and irrational thoughts. All I had to do was physically smile and say, “today’s goin to be good”. YOU can make the day better. I found that when I’m annoyed I let the smallest things annoy me, I’ve been trying to *turn a blind eye*, as much as it bothers me. Will it make me seem like a fool if I make a big deal out of it? I think of how I look towards others, keep this in mind when you are feeling overwhelmed. It took me more than 10 years..but it takes time to develope the ways of thinking that contradict what you feel. You got this, don’t give up ever.
