How to cope with burnout?

I've realized that I have lost motivation and my toxic tendencies to myself are coming back. I can't just sleep it off since my narcolepsy resurfaced. I think my grades are getting bad and then my family's gonna force more personal study. So, since I can't get back into the swing of things, how do you get rid of the constant disinterest? Does the the numb feeling go away with time or I actually have to tell someone?
