Where do I start. I had a go at my co-worker today. And it was unfair. But the truth is that my fricking manager should get my rant or bollocking. The guy became a manager - reached the level of his incompetence. The whole team is about him - Mr Knows It All. Even if someone asks me, he answers or repeats my answer. You can’t believe how frustrating it is as he in general has to tell us even how to do our job. The meeting starts with him talking for 20 mins and then we need to telL him what we did. Omg how I hate this guy. No clear responsibilities, no appreciation for work. All to suit his career and his insecurities. He has been promoted but really he continues doing his old job with the team and the project being a complete mess. Omg hate the guy. My message to you is to start listening to what your team has to say rather than talking at us. This is why you don’t get much of the response as it’s a monologue. You never ask for any contributions and just push your solutions on us. When anyone questions you just beat us into submission so no one talks. And simply agrees with you to save time. And trying to get the presentation from me so you could take the credit for my work. Omg. You ARE a fuxking nightmare. Plus you micromanage. From being an independent valued employee, since you joined I’m changing into a frustrated angry under-utilised ‘resource’. You can’t even see who’s good who’s not as for you the only thing is that they are useful at the moment to build your career. You should not be a manager. Anyway I’m leaving. And would lie to avoid. These ridiculous morning meetings. Please spare me. I decided to leave a d you won’t get much out of me.
