Huh, I actually went through that. I get the feeling. You just really really really wanna know what it´s like, despite all the info on how bad it is. Eventually I did it, when I was like 21 I think. I totally liked it, but I don´t wanna harm my lungs. I do smoke sometimes though, but I try to go easy on it, and I really have. For stuff like that I have plenty of self control (for other things, not so much sadly). I bought a pack of cigarettes at the beginning of quarantine, and I´ve only smoked 2. So it kinda works for me (still, obviously, the healthiest thing is to never do it), but you have to consider a few things:
- Do you have a tendency to become addicted to things? If so, please, keep that in mind, you know why
- It leaves EVERYTHING smelling like that, ugh so annoying, literally your clothes and hair (and obviously breath) catch up on the scent so if you want to hide it, think about that
- Don´t smoke crappy cigarettes, if smoking alone is bad, smoking that shit is totally worst.
- If you can, smoke with someone you know that knows how to smoke properly so you do it right, but maybe not someone you see all the time cause they´ll just continue to offer cigarettes to you and then if you wanna quit smoking it´ll be a lot more difficult if someone is constantly reminding you of that (cause you´re probably gonna wanna say yes every time)
