-Knock knock! -Who's there? -A better future (Yeah I know how corny that was!) But anyways guys. I'm here to tell you that you cannot be happy all the time. But you can't be sad all the time either. We have these emotions and sometimes they're such a pain, right? Like sometimes we just wish we couldn't feel a thing. But here's a ray of sun! The fact that you know there's something wrong and you're willing to say it out loud, even anonymously for that matter, that makes a difference buddy. Trust me it does. We know that everyone goes through shit. So theoretically, we are not alone. But practically? In reality it feels as though we are alone. And that feeling, we have to let it go. As much as we like to believe it's the physical world that is the root cause of problems, and it definitely is. But somewhere within, we know, it depends on our resistance. And no matter what you say, what you believe, whatever, YOU ARE STRONG!!! I BELIVE that all of us have that resistance. We do. But we just have to know the destination. We've got it all wrong. Atleast that's what I think. Now hear me out, yes? Happiness, it's not a destination. When asked what you want, you don't say happiness. It's just an emotion. It comes and goes like any other. And it truly is okay not to be happy all the time. Now see. The smallest thing, something that literally lasted for a few seconds, can be so silly to make us laugh. And something equally silly, can make us angry and mad. But it all eventually fades. Now happiness has got a lot to do with optimism. And optimism has everything to do with believing in yourself. See, I'm not taking about self respect, I'm taking about self belief. Cause you know somewhere down the line, we have to stop blaming fate and work on better things for ourselves. Please understand, optimism is NOT about building up expectations. I, for that matter, cannot let anymore expectations break me. You have to believe in your success but also admit to failures. When you face your failures, you are ready to make that journey and build that bridge, or whatever you call it. You know what's wrong and the answer to your questions, at the end of the day, HAS TO BE YOU! ( Corny again, I know, but true). People can distract you by suggestions to make you feel better, but in the end, it has to be you to make the change. YOU HAVE TO ALLOW YOURSELF TO ACCEPT YOURSELF! Allow yourself to work for better, allow yourself to not cause harm to anyone, allow yourself to shield the negativity, allow yourself to be optimistic without expectations, allow yourself to look for better things and allow yourself to change. This is how you HELP YOURSELF! TRUST YOURSELF,HEAL YOURSELF. Doing good will definitely bring you good, if not physically, then atleast mentally, just knowing that you've done something someone appreciates. Come on guys, we are better than this. And why are we so afraid of failing, that we don't want to try!? Why are we so afraid of bad things, that we don't want to wait for good things to happen. So wait for that future, do good and give it a chance. Also, something to distract you as I said earlier, listen to music. Feel it. MUSIC CAN HEAL. There's love all around guys.
