Be yourself, dont learn too much about yourself because afterall you are yourself, who you are will unravel even if you dont know much about your own self. Even the tiniest of flies know who they are because they know where to search for food and how to escape deprivation and manage their way around their surroundings.In this context, Escape doesnt mean to run but to manouveur your way around difficulties and adapt to situations even when they are not in your best interest. Why adapt?... some situations are supposed to happen, in other words inevitable. situations like hunger, thirst, sexual desires and so on are inevitable in our lives but we can reshape our mentality and way of thinking, train ourselves mentally and physically to overcome them. Eg. you could decide to fast for days even when you have food in abundance or hold your breath under water to change your body's mechanism. The human body is so special to the point that you can make it become an iphone or a nokia phone depending on what you want. In other words you can shape it to your suitability. Eg. someone could hawk for days without getting tired and another person could get tired by just sitting in front of a shop for a few hours. So, the body is not rigid in nature but flexible.Moving forward, deprivation is a very tough struggle because our modern world has been designed in a way that, nothing comes easy or without a struggle. We fight for everything. LIFE FROM AN OPEN PERSPECTIVE LIFE may be a struggle sometimes because we wake up not knowing what lies ahead of us. Sometimes we push through our daily routines subconciously. In other ways without knowing much or thinking thouroghly through our decisions. you may not know what your next step or action is going to be, so you move with the flow and you study the outcome and then, you will know the particular decisions which affect your life positively and vice versa.It doesnt relatively mean that you should always move subconciously in life. You should rather weigh your decisions "try and error" and know which way of life perfectly suits you. "LIFESTYLE"Our lifestyles affect who we are and who we become so dont just pick a lifestyle because its fancy but know which one will benefit you and people around you positively.there are lifetyles like gentlemen, corporates, gangsters, everything goes"I dont care people", hustlers and then the switch it ups( they change their lifestyles depending on the situation): These kinds may be able fit in everywhere. like a chamaleon. Everywhere they go you wont really notice them because they are just like you not different. There may be some positive enerygy there.Why do you think we bath even when we are not dirty. Positive energy.Traders group at one place and not scatter around.Particular industries have their own dressing and sometimes their own language. Maybe you released some negative energy but reading is different because you do both at the same time: you will be exercising your mind(positive energy) at the same time releasing stress and getting your concentration off your surrounding for a while afterall you may accustomed to your surrounding but reading may give you a new sense of environment.
