I’ve gained almost 10 kg over the 2 months of lockdown and it makes me really ashamed. I’m going back to school in 3 weeks but every time I’m in public I feel so uncomfortable. My jeans feel tight and the waistband presses into my stomach. All my limbs feel heavy yet weak even though I’ve had plenty of rest and am eating enough (if not too much). I’m not doing much or exercise of even walking much which is contributing to the problem. What is wrong with my body??
