Am slightly underweight. I struggle to gain weight and I forget to eat due to mental health. Am trying really hard to put on weight and fat but my high metabolism makes that hard and my forgetfulness with my mental health makes it even harder. I do enjoy trying, I enjoy the food, if only I can remember to eat.
I can't just eat alot in one go, I'll be sick otherwise. I gotta do it little and often.
I slowly gain, I feel happy. I then forget to eat, I loose weight and then feel sad. Low mood and low appetite, it a up hill struggle.
But I keep trying! Gaining weight and trying! Makes me happy. :)
