I have to gain weight for my vitals to be stable and be healthy. I’m trying to gain about 4 pounds in 3 days. I know it seems a lot to gain in a short period of time but it’s something I need to do. I’m 5”0 and 105.7 pounds. I’m currently doing no exercise at all to save the calories I may loss. All I’ve been doing is eating and sitting on the couch watching TV. I can’t seem to gain any weight. How many calories should I be consuming in a day to gain some weight?
