ik it seems hard but you need to tell somebody and make sure to have evidence it will be hard to do but you should tell your counselor please and fuck that person it may seem hard but make you can do it

Please, tell someone. It may be one of the hardest things you will have to do. But I promise you, you will be doing the right thing. Your girlfriend may be stressed out, but you can't let that be an excuse to not say anything. I am so incredibly sorry that happened to you. I wish I could take your pain and help you in any way possible. Just please know, it wasn't your fault. You did not deserve it. You were not asking for it. You have gone through something absolutely horrible. Try talking to someone. Please.
