Sometimes thinking a lot is not good for you. Overthinking about things make me anxious about everything and when I realise i spent a lot of time thinking about something i should not have instead of doing something i should have it's too late. To do anything anymore. Sometimes the only way out seems to stop living but i guess i can't do that either. So it's living each day with remorse, laziness,regret,selfdoubt and self loathing.
