Each of my family members keeps telling me to relax.How do I relax, when there are many things to finish.I appreciate what I have in this life because my parents don't wish for me to have high grades, what they wish is for me to be happy and healthy.However, I keep stressing myself. Overthinking many things. Scared to make a mistake. Fear to be worthless in the future.How do I relax? Do I have to stop thinking? Do I ignore my tasks?What do they even mean by relaxing?
