It started towards the end of December 2020 and it continues now. Every day just feels horrible even if it is good in some ways. I self harm, cry, never clean up, and more. I’ve never talk to my mom or a doctor about this because i’m scared. I have cuts on my wrist and thigh and to be honest it dosent really even hurt now. I just wanna be happy and stop overthinking, stressing, crying, and cutting. I want to be healthy and live a healthy life and stop being so angry. I just wanna stop wanting to sleep all day and stay home. I’m sorry for all of this and i know no ones gonna read it but at least i tried.

Hi I’m hoping you can see this. Life can be so hard at times but you have to believe there is a reason for everything. I promise you that life will get better and there are people there for you I am so sorry I didn’t see your reply till today but trust me you matter to everyone. And you are a blessing to this earth you can be so much stronger then you know. I believe in you life will always get better. nothing is Impossible and I know it seems so hard. I hope that one day you are feeling great again for every dark night there is a brighter day and I promise I will be here for you if you ever need anyone to talk to. I hope I can hear back from you soon whoever you may be we are stronger together. Enjoy your day and life cause each one is an independent journey for all.
