Hi. Pls reply that you are okay. I can give it to you in writing that all will be okay.. you just have to have to believe it cause it's true.. this is a very dark phase you going through and pls recognise it as such and also pls reach out for help. One day you will be out of it I promise and u will be the one replying and encouraging others..
