THIS IS MY DISTRESS MERCY IS STILL IN CREATIVE PROCESS I have been suffering from schizophrenia since I was 13 I'm now 44 and not getting better. I feel I'm a burden on everyone else . I suffer auditory hallucinations and they frighten me. I see a psychiatrist twice a month but it's always the same.Try these meds, titrate the dosage.I've lost my life..... never had one. No friends and family has all but abandoned me to this eternal torment. It'snearly 3 in the morning and I haven't slept in 2 days

I too suffer with schizophrenia. All I can say is DONT GIVE UPNEVER GIVE UP NEVER GIVE UPTHERE IS ALWAYS HOPE, I sound naive to your struggle but I'm hoping you will get better. Keep on keeping on you've survived so long with this terrible disease, surely there is someone you can confide in except your shrink.31 years of suffering....man you have guys and stamina.Keep hoping for the best. A Positive attitude never hurts
