I would suggest to control your diet...as you know it can lead to various heart problems. Just be healthy and follow a healthy diet. Nothing valuable than life itself. I have seen table deaths of obesity patients. They make so many promises to control their diet but it was too late for that. That upsets the hell out of me. Please take care of yourself.
